SGS Academy Malaysia recently secured a project with Indah Water Consortium Sdn Bhd, the largest wastewater services provider in Malaysia, to provide business process reengineering solutions via our Organisational Transformation Programme (OTP).

Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd ("IWK") is a national sewerage company in Malaysia. IWK, a company owned by Minister of Finance Incorporated, has been entrusted with the task of developing and maintaining a modern and efficient sewerage system for all Malaysians. This is vital for the country so as to ensure that wastewater is treated before being discharged into our rivers and will help preserve the country's waste resources, protect public health and provide a cleaner and safer environment.

Focus in Customer Service for Organisational Transformation Programme

Commencing September 2014, SGS Academy will deliver business process reengineering services to IWK’s customer relations department for a period of three months. From a business process reengineering perspective, customer service is key to an overall approach to systematic improvement and plays an important role to an organisation’s ability to generate income and revenue.

Organisational Transformation Programmes (OTP) provide productivity, management and re-engineering value added services encompassing analysis, operations, advance productivity services and skills training, all of which will help an organisation achieve optimisation of its resources in controlling operating direct cost and overheads and ultimately, the company’s profits.
